TOPIC
Waiting, adaptation, and inevitable transformations are frequent companions in the lives of people facing change, whether through migration, relocation, or shifts in their social environment. I am interested in the period of uncertainty that accompanies these experiences, when bureaucratic and social barriers, unfamiliar surroundings, and insomnia become part of everyday life. Night reveals spaces and objects differently, turning them into metaphors for the slow, often invisible processes of adaptation. My work explores how, in moments of waiting, hidden transformations gradually take place and how a new sense of belonging emerges over time.
